Travel through decades and centuries of the development of French pastry.  We’ll discuss historic and modern-day influencers from Catherine de Medicis to Christophe Michalak.  Did you know that the pastry chef of Marie Antoinette opened the first pastry shop in Paris?  And you can still enjoy their desserts today on the famed Rue Montorgueil!  Taste some examples of these traditional pastries and leave with your own ‘’carnet d’adresses’’ and recipes that you can take and … make at home!
