This course will guide you through understanding and discussing the latest world events, the news values and ethics of interpreting real-world issues. You will refine your oral comprehension skills through watching French news broadcasts, improve your reading skills by exploring the French press and master your written skills by writing your own articles.  We will review grammar on an as-needed basis, but the focus will remain on DISCUSSING the news.

HYBRID CLASSES / CLASS MATERIALS / ZOOM INSTRUCTIONS

·      We are offering HYBRID CLASSES for all classes/all sessions.

HYBRID means you may take the same exact course IN-PERSON or ONLINE, your CHOICE! (10 students per class maximum)

No need to notify us, you may show up in person or online (via Zoom), this is your decision for the 8-week session. We have equipped our classrooms to accommodate both in-person and remote participants.

free online placement evaluations. (homepage on our website)

Once the right level of instruction recommended & enrolled, you will be receiving class materials (lesson plans in pdf format) and Zoominstructions 24 hours prior to your first class session.

Registration period will be ending on JANUARY 11 at midnight.

     EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS

- $339 from October 15 to November 15

- $369 from November 16 to December 15

- $399 from December 16 to January 11

Since we limit our classes to 10 participants maximum (in-person and/or remote), please register EARLY to enjoy early bird discounts, save your spot and/or avoid class cancellations (A minimum of 5 participants per class is required)
